Meet Jessica Hopfenspirger - TXCPA Central Texas Vice President
Hi! I’m a Senior Audit Manager at Pattillo, Brown & Hill, LLP in Waco, TX, and I’ve been working in accounting for the past 15 years — 10 of those in audit. I have experience with the oil and gas industry, nonprofits, financial institutions, franchises, and other corporate industries. I’m also a proud member of the Fightin’ Texas Aggie Class of 2009 — Whoop!
My passion outside of work is serving others through mentorship and philanthropy. I currently serve on the board of CASA of Milam County and have been active in the Waco Chamber’s LEAD mentor program for the past four years.
At home, I’m a mom to two wonderful boys (ages 8 and 9), three cats, and three dogs — so it’s safe to say there’s never a dull moment!
I’ve always enjoyed being a CPA because the unique day-to-day challenges and ever-changing regulatory environment keep me on my toes. I’m thrilled to be part of the TXCPA Central Texas Board of Directors and I’m excited about what the future holds for CPAs!
