The Texas Society of CPAs is the premier professional membership organization for CPAs in Texas. Founded in 1915, the society empowers members to lead and succeed by promoting professional excellence, advocating on behalf of CPAs, and supporting a sense of community and connection among its members. TXCPA East Texas serves members in 20 Texas counties and is committed to serving the public interest with programs that advance the highest standards of ethics and practice with the CPA profession.

Strengthen your governmental accounting and auditing knowledge with two full-day CPE opportunities led by Mike Inzina at UT Tyler’s Soules College of Business. Each course offers 8 hours of CPE. Register for one or both courses—separate registration is required.

The chapter was honored as TXCPA’s Outstanding Medium Chapter at the Annual Meeting of Members, and members Shelby Cannon, Katie Lightfoot, and Dr. Stephanie Ross were recognized for their outstanding contributions to the profession.
