The Chapter Board of Directors comprises four officers, the immediate past president, six directors (two residing in Odessa, Texas at the time of their election, two residing in Midland, Texas at the time of their election, and two from any area within the Chapter boundaries), and the members the chapter elected to serve on the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants Board of Directors or Leadership Council (the number of which shall be according to the formula stipulated in TXCPA Bylaws).
