TXCPA Permian Basin Announces New Officers

Meredith McKeehan, CPA, has been elected 2024-2025 president of the Texas Society of CPAs (TXCPA) Permian Basin Chapter. McKeehan currently serves as partner and Midland assurance leader at Weaver.  

Midland-based certified public accountant Mackenzie Craft, CPA, audit senior manager at Weaver, was named president-elect of the chapter.  

Joining McKeehan and Craft on the 2025-26 TXCPA Permian Basin Board of Directors are: 

  • Vice President – Jennifer Smith     

  • Secretary/Treasurer – Lashawn Bearden 

  • Immediate Past President – John Michael Jaramillo 

  • Chapter Director At Large – Katie Russell 

  • Chapter Director At Large – Melissa Thompson 

  • Chapter Director Midland – Emily Baller 

  • Chapter Director Midland – Evan Green 

  • Chapter Director Odessa – Katherine Kirk 

  • Chapter Director Odessa – Tina Mobley 

  • TXCPA Chapter Elected Council Member expiring 2026 – Derby Gallo
