Fall 2026 Accounting Careers / Meet the Firms Workshop

The Fall 2026 Accounting Careers Workshop, being held this year on Friday, September 25th at the Norris Conference Center (5:30 pm - 7:30 pm), is your opportunity to meet CPAs who work in a variety of careers, talk with recruiters about upcoming internship opportunities and become a first-time student member of the Texas Society of CPAs gratis.

Professional Leadership Development / Networking w/Firms & Companies

The Fall 2026 Professional Leadership Development / Networking with Firms and Companies is centered around creating your professional brand, growing your professional portfolio, crafting your elevator speech, and embarking on your leadership journey. With a variety of panelists there will be ample opportunity for you to strengthen your skills and provide the steppingstones to emerge as a future leader. This year's Leadership Development program/networking event will be held on Friday, November 6, 2026 (5:30-7:30) at the Norris Conference Center, 618 Northwest Loop 410, Ste 207, San Antonio, TX 78216

2027 Meet the Firms

We are excited to be hosting yet another good ol' fashioned Meet the Firms event! This type of event offers an enormous benefit to both students and sponsors alike by bringing both groups together in one room! Students will have the chance to get in front of a large number of firms and organizations to hear about potential internships and opportunities being offered. The conversations held at this event are sure to springboard the careers of young CPAs to be! This year's Meet the Firms is scheduled for Friday, February 5, 2027 at La Quinta - Medical Center.

2026 Blue Santa

Blue Santa involves TXCPA-SA members, family, and friends collecting toys and financial donations for the San Antonio Police Department’s Blue Santa program. This year's toy drive will culminate with the Blue Santa Luncheon on Thursday, December 10, 2026 being held at the Embassy Suites Landmark Hotel, where we will pool all of the toys that have been collected by members and load them into SAPD's collection truck.
