We held our annual Meet the CPAs event on Tuesday, October 24 at the Corpus Christi Country Club and had an excellent turnout of CPA and student members! We heard from an excellent panel of speakers including Susie Sullivan, CFO/Firm Manager, Branscomb PC, Craig J. Mlady, CPA, Audit & Accounting Manager, Adamson & Company, LLC, Kelli Wayne, CPA, Carr, Riggs & Ingram, LLC, and Misty G. Mata, CPA, Tax Partner, Jennings, Hawley & Co., P.C. Students sat with CPAs during lunch and had a chance to pick their brains about everything from studying for the CPA exam, looking for a job when they graduate, and what to expect from their first job. Thanks to all the CPAs who gave their time and attended, and to our students who came and made the most of the event!
