Since 2009, LDA has helped prepare the next generation of leaders for success within TXCPA Dallas and beyond. Through interactive sessions, leadership discussions and meaningful peer connections, participants develop the skills needed to lead effectively within their organizations, profession and community.
This six-session program is designed for professionals at the senior, manager or equivalent level with approximately two to five years of experience who are looking to strengthen their leadership abilities, expand their professional network and grow their impact both personally and professionally.
