Applications are now being accepted for the TXCPA Dallas 2026-2027 Leadership Development Academy (LDA).
Since 2009, LDA has helped prepare the next generation of leaders for success within TXCPA Dallas and beyond. Through interactive sessions, leadership discussions and meaningful peer connections, participants develop the skills needed to lead effectively within their organizations, profession and community.
This six-session program, held August 2026 through January 2027, is designed for professionals at the senior, manager or equivalent level with approximately two to five years of experience who are looking to strengthen their leadership abilities, expand their professional network and grow their impact both personally and professionally.

Jesse Ihde
This year’s program will be facilitated by Jesse Ihde, Founder of Trade Last Executive Coaching & Consulting and LEAP Academy. Jesse is an experienced leadership coach and organizational development strategist known for helping leaders and teams grow through intentional leadership, communication and culture development. Her background spans entrepreneurship, executive coaching, brand strategy and leadership development across startups, nonprofits and Fortune 500 companies.
Throughout the program, participants will explore leadership from both a personal and practical perspective, focusing on self-awareness, communication, trust, teamwork and leadership growth.
