Training Facility Rental
The TXCPA Dallas Training Facility is a 1,336-square-foot (approx.) training room in the Churchill Tower Building in North Dallas. We are conveniently located on the east side of Coit, west of Central Expressway/75 and south of LBJ/I-635.
The training room can be configured in classroom or conference style and is ideal for meetings, workshops and classes. The following are included in the rental: Wi-Fi, whiteboard and markers, flip chart and easel. Audiovisual equipment is also available for an extra fee.
There is a lounge area adjacent to the training room with tables and chairs, beverages, and counter space for food service.
Training Facility Rental Rates:
8 hours: $300
4 hours: $175
2 hours: $75

Laptop: $200
Clicker: $25
Copies: $.15/page
Catering is not included. Ordering assistance, catering set-up and beverages in the adjacent lounge are provided.
