TXCPA Dallas, a chapter of the Texas Society of CPAs, is a not-for-profit professional association serving approximately 6,000 members in Dallas and the surrounding 13 counties. It is the second largest chapter of TXCPA, the statewide professional association with over 28,000 members and 20 chapters around the state.

Go Behind the Scenes at the National Medal of Honor Museum on Dec. 3

Get an inside look at the National Medal of Honor Museum in Arlington during an exclusive member-only event hosted by TXCPA Dallas and TXCPA Fort Worth on Thursday, Dec. 3, from 2–5 p.m.

Museum CFO Betsy Eudy will lead a one-hour CPE presentation, The National Medal of Honor Museum – From Fundraising to Construction and Finally to Operation. Learn about the financial and operational decisions behind the Museum’s development, including accounting, financing, audit relationships and day-to-day operations. The presentation will be followed by a guided museum tour exploring how its mission shaped the facility and visitor experience.

The event also includes an optional Dust-Off virtual reality experience for an additional fee. Veterans may attend complimentary; contact Laura McFadden at lmcfadden@txcpadallas.cpa to arrange admission.

Stay afterward for dinner and networking at The Original Roy Hutchins Barbeque in Arlington, with the meal covered by your TXCPA chapter.
