TXCPA Month of Service – November 2025

Give Back. Make a Difference. Strengthen Our Communities.

At TXCPA, service is more than what we do — it’s who we are. Each November, members across Texas come together for TXCPA’s Month of Service, a statewide initiative dedicated to giving back to the communities we call home.

This year, we invite you to join us in making an impact. Whether you volunteer your time, share your expertise, or lead an effort in your local community, every act of service counts.

Inspire the Next Generation

One of the most meaningful ways to participate in Month of Service is through Accounting Opportunities Month, also taking place in November. This statewide initiative connects volunteers with classrooms to share their career stories and introduce students to the possibilities within the accounting profession.

By volunteering to give an Accounting Career Presentation, you can help students see the value and variety of opportunities in accounting — and perhaps even spark the next generation of CPAs.

Serve Where You’re Passionate

There’s no one way to serve — and that’s the beauty of Month of Service. Choose a project or activity that reflects your values and interests:

  • Organize a food or clothing drive for your local pantry.

  • Lead a financial literacy session in your community.

  • Lend your skills to a local nonprofit or charity event.

Whatever you do, your actions contribute to something larger — a collective movement of CPAs giving back across Texas.

Share Your Story

We’d love to see the impact you’re making. Share your experiences on social media with #TXCPAService and help inspire others to join in.

Together, We Make Texas Stronger

Every hour volunteered, every student inspired, every community supported — it all adds up. Thank you for being part of a profession that leads with service, generosity and heart.

Let’s make November a month of giving, caring and connection — the TXCPA way.
