Event Check-InThe check-in table will be outside the ballrooms where you will get your nametag, agenda, and lanyard. Check-in begins at 6:30 AM. The first session starts at 7:00 AM. To view the entire agenda online, see the section below. Online Agenda and CventWe are using the conference platform Cvent for the online agenda and session information.The Attendee Hub is a one-stop-shop for your agenda, discussion forums, and more. This will be going live on May 12th. After downloading the Cvent app or logging-in with the link below on or after 5/12, you will be able to view your customizable agenda, session times, speakers, and sponsors at the conference. 📱To view conference materials on your phone in Cvent:1. Access the App Store on an iOS device or the Play Store on Android.2. Install the App – Search for Cvent Events. Once you have found the app, tap either Download or Install.3. Search for the Event – Once downloaded, open the Cvent Event and enter "2026 Spring Technology and Accounting Resources Summit"4. Open the event – Tap the TXCPA Houston logo to open it.5. You will be asked to provide your email address. You have been invited to the app with the email you used for conference registration. Please sign-in using this email. To update your name, title, or company, you can access and edit your Profile in Cvent through either the mobile app or your desktop:On the mobile app, click the profile button on the bottom menu bar.On desktop, click your profile in the top right corner. We will have printed agendas at the check-in desk each day. The sessions materials website will be shared with registrants on Monday, May 12th.
