This year’s Outstanding Committee Chair goes to Kenneth Omoruyi. How do you respond when your keynote speaker cancels a few days before the conference you’ve planned for months? Kenneth faced this challenge with the 2022 Tax Expo. He didn’t let that lower the conference standards. He worked with committee members and staff to confirm other qualified speakers to fill the four-hour slot. All year, Kenneth led the team through planning meetings and speaker selections and focused on delivering great educational information for Tax Expo attendees.
