Bill Frazer earned the Presidential Citation award for recognizing that TXCPA Houston’s current office lease expires in April of 2022. Bill agreed to co-chair the newly-formed Lease Renewal Task Force. Bill’s background in commercial real estate has been crucial for setting goals, timelines and enlisting high-quality assistance for determining TXCPA Houston’s needs for office and meeting space. The Task Force is making excellent progress and expects to make recommendations for its future office and meeting needs in late summer or early fall. Bill, you have our sincerest gratitude.
