Haynie & Company provides many perks including Unlimited PTO, Holidays, Maternity and Paternity Leave, and Haynie Fridays. Haynie Fridays are when we close our offices on Fridays during the non-busy times of the year. Haynie also provides the flexibility to work from home and dress casually. In addition, Haynie provides cell phones, unlimited data plans, and insurance. Haynie covers 100% of health insurance premiums for all full-time employees for the individual plan. For Managers & above, we cover 100% of health insurance premiums for individual and family plans. Haynie provides leadership opportunities to encourage growth and success through trainings. This includes orientation, on the job mentoring, in-house CPE, and off-site trainings. Haynie also purchases CPA exam preparation courses up front. Haynie pays a bonus of $750 per section of the CPA exam passed for a total of $3,000. For professional staff, Haynie pays for all license renewal fees to include state society and AICPA membership dues. Annually, employees receive $100 credit towards their choice of Haynie apparel and swag. We also provide meals, snacks, celebrations, and fun events for employees throughout the year.
