Share Your Story
Every CPA has a story, and your story can make a difference!
Share your early experiences and your passion for the CPA profession with Texas students and educators.
TWO WAYS TO MAKE AN IMPACT
Visit a Texas Classroom
Complete a volunteer interest form to tell us more about your interests and availability to present accounting career information to students in your area, or through a virtual visit. We’ll reach out directly to confirm any visit details and provide you with materials and resources to make it easy to participate.
Already have a connection with an educator or classroom and want to coordinate a visit on your own? That’s great! Let us know your plans, so we can add your efforts to our outreach metrics when sharing the impact our members are making during CPA Week. Resources for presentations will be available soon.

POST AND TAG
Post a photo on your social media channels showing something fun or exciting you get to do because you’re a CPA. It can be as simple as having the flexibility to participate in your kids’ school events during the day, having lunch with great coworkers, working on a new and interesting project, or helping a client be more successful. Be sure to tag us and add the #CPAWeek hashtag so we can find and share your posts.
SHARE THANKS AND TAG
Share your gratitude with a post thanking the person(s) who helped you learn about becoming a CPA and encouraged you to pursue the license. Tag TXCPA and add the #CPAWeek hashtag so we can find and share your posts.
PAY IT FORWARD
